Director Emery provided the recommendation (referred to as Option 2) to the Board of Commissioners to place the paved road on top of the levee thereby greatly marginalizing the existing trail and threatening the success of the restoration project.

Joe Donisi, lead Engineer  - (360) 417-2404

Mr. Donisi is responsible for coming up with design options for DCD and the Commissioners to consider. He has expressed an intent to have the road completed as soon as possible, but also has the ability to suggest and present alternatives to a paved road surface.
